What we collect
- Server logs. Our host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don’t use them to identify anyone.
- Email you send us. If you write to hello@plinkoinaustralia.com, we keep your message and address so we can reply. We don’t add you to any list.
- The simulator. Every drop you make in our Plinko simulator runs in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
What we don’t collect
We run no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or social media trackers, and we set no cookies of our own. There are no accounts, so we hold no passwords or payment details.
Links to other sites
Pages link to game providers, regulators and support services. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave Pegdrop.
How long we keep things
Emails are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless a correction thread is still open. Host logs are kept for the host’s standard period.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@plinkoinaustralia.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we’ll update this page and its date.
